Two more emergency vehicles given to First District barangays

DAVAO CITY - The Office of First Congressional District Representative Paolo Duterte, through his son Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte II, turned over on Thursday, August 8, patient transport vehicles to two barangays in Davao City.

Rigo personally handed over the patient transport vehicle key to each barangay leader, Rodrigo Tangaro of the Catalunan Pequeño and James Abadilla of the 8-A, to improve their emergency response to their constituents.

The two barangay leaders, respectively, expressed their gratitude to Rigo, Rep. Duterte, and the rest of the First Congressional District Office staff for the continuous support they have given to their constituents.

Rep. Duterte spearheaded the effort to enhance barangay emergency response since 2021. He emphasized their commitment to completing the project.

He said the transporters are focused on improving the immediate delivery of health programs and services in barangays, particularly in remote communities within the First District.

The First Congressional District Office has distributed around 20 patient transport vehicles to its barangay members. The lawmaker is looking forward to the entire 54 barangays having the transporters.
