Paolo Duterte says no surprise if countries scramble to receive father
MANILA, Philippines — It would not be a surprise if different countries express openness to receiving former President Rodrigo Duterte should his bid for interim release from International Criminal Court (ICC) detention, his son and Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte said on Monday.
In a statement, the younger Duterte countered the opposition bloc 1Sambayan’s call to countries to refrain from accepting the former leader, should his interim release application be granted.

Paolo Duterte: My father has no plans to sell his Davao home
MANILA, Philippines — Former President Rodrigo Duterte has no plans to sell his home in Davao City even after a photo of his property with a “for sale” sign circulated online earlier this week.

Ex-President Duterte won’t sell house in Davao City
Former President Rodrigo Duterte will not sell his house in Davao City, according to his son, Davao City First District Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte.
Pulong said he asked his father about the supposed sale of the house when he visited him in prison in The Hague, Netherlands and the older Duterte was clear he does not want to sell the property.
“So ato siyang gipangutana ug ibaligya ba tong balay sa among lola ingon siya dili daw to ibaligya, di siya mosugot,” Pulong said.

DAVAO CITY – Former President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, June 30, said he has no plans of selling their house here, two days after partner Honeylet Avanceña said that it is for sale.
He said that the property holds significant sentimental value as it is the first home he acquired.
His son, Davao City Rep. Paolo Z. Duterte, relayed this during an interview aired on the Alvin & Tourism Facebook page following a visit to the International Criminal Court detention center in The Hague, Netherlands on Monday afternoon.

DAVAO CITY – The first Duterte 2025 Inter-Barangay Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Volleyball and Basketball Tournament was recently held with action-packed matches showcasing exceptional talent, sportsmanship, and unity among athletes.
In the LGBT volleyball tournament at the Barangay 22 court, Barangay Dumoy emerged champion, dominating the field with outstanding teamwork and skills. Barangay 76-A Bucana was second, Barangay 8-A third, and Barangay 22-C fourth.
