Food distribution, nutrition support, disaster preparedness initiatives, and the provision of basic household necessities enabled vulnerable communities to recover more quickly while reinforcing resilience at the grassroots level.

Recognizing that education remains one of the most effective investments in nation-building, the office also continued extending educational assistance to students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

Among the beneficiaries were:

• 11,015 regular patients

• 1,045 cancer patients

The office likewise continued the implementation of its Senior Maintenance Program, providing maintenance medicines and continuing healthcare support to 465 senior citizens.

• 9,055 servings of rice porridge (lugaw)

• 8,527 bottles of 350-ml drinking water

• 1,850 breakfast meals

• 1,240 water containers

Providing Essential Household and Emergency Supplies

The office likewise extended assistance through the distribution of various essential items that helped families recover following emergencies and improve their quality of life.

• 807 Disaster Kits

• 782 eyeglasses

• 1371 malongs and clothes set

The office also extended assistance to various institutions and livelihood initiatives by providing:

• Support to 19 orphanages

• Assistance to 6 homes for the aged

• 7 live cattle distributed for livelihood support

During the reporting period, assistance was provided to:

• 5 postgraduate law students
