The First Congressional District Office, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), released emergency employment assistance package through Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) to Tricycle Drivers in District 1, to help them cope with the impact of losing their livelihood brought by the community quarantine due to the COVID-19.
