The First Congressional District Office, through the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), released emergency grants to massage therapists in District 1 through the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) to help them survive the crisis brought about by the COVID-19. The massage therapists are among the workers who could not yet return to their duty, as physical distancing is required when in the working station.
