CASH ASSISTANCE. The First Congressional District Office, through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), made a significant step by distributing cash assistance to Trisikad Drivers and Muslim Indigents beneficiaries from 54 barangays under the first district to mitigate the impact of the national health emergency due to COVID-19 pandemic.
