The First Congressional District Office, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), provided emergency grants to barbers and hairdressers in District 1 through Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD), to help them respond to the crisis brought about by the COVID-19.
