Likewise, It Provides For Strict Implementation Of Reportorial/Declaration Requirements Through Customs And Provides Penalties For Its Evasion.

Allows The City Government Of Davao To Establish A Radio Station Which Shall Ensure Swift Dissemination To Far-flung Communities Of Relevant Information On Emerging Markets And Opportunities, Agricultural Know-hows On New Crops And Varieties, Land Use, Among Others.
