DAVAO CITY — First Congressional District Rep. Paolo Z. Duterte released on Monday his accomplishment report from January to December 2023 as a member of the House of Representatives (HOR).
The lawmaker authored 78 House bills and 12 resolutions and cited House Bills 07360, 09423, 09682, 07687, 09095, 09320, and 09021 as among the significant bills he authored.

CHED XI, Rep. Duterte aids SUC students
FIFTY-NINE students from different state universities and colleges (SUCs) received cash support for their tuition fees from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) XI and the First Congressional District Office on Jan. 10 at People’s Park.
In a statement, Maria Bonjeavem Alger, CHED XI chief administrative officer, said each recipient received P25,000 cash from the Student Monetary Assistance for Recover and Transition (SMART) program, initiated by the House of Representatives.

59 SUC students receive educational assistance from Rep. Pulong, CHED

DAVAO CITY – Rep. Paolo Z. Duterte here has disagreed with the People’s Initiative for constitutional amendments.
In a statement on Tuesday night, January 9, Duterte said that someone informed him that PBA party-list Rep. Margarita “Migs” Nograles is spearheading the PI in this city.
“This so-called People’s Initiative for Charter change (Cha-cha) is nothing but pure PI,” Duterte said.
