Former President Rodrigo Duterte went to the house of his son Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte to personally greet his daughter-in-law, January, a happy birthday.
This happened on December 6, based on the photo posted on social media.
According to Rep. Duterte’s staff, the former President spent quality time with Paolo, January, and his grandchildren Sabina and Uno during the visit.

‘Pulong’ wants habal-habal regulation
Davao City First District Representative Paolo Duterte and Benguet Representative Eric Yap recently filed a proposed measure regulating the operation of motorcycles-for-hire of habal-habal to ensure the safety of commuting public.
Duterte stressed that motorcycle ride-sharing has been regarded as one of the most popular modes of informal transportation especially during the onset of the coronavirus disease pandemic two years ago.

Ang MDDA ay siyang magtitiyak na magiging maayos, organisado at magkakatugma ang mga plano ng Davao City at mga karatig lungsod at bayan nito.
Napakabilis ng pag-unlad ng Davao City at ng mga kasamang lugar nito sa ilalim ng Republic Act 11708 na siyang lumilikha sa MDDA.
Bukod sa Davao City, sakop rin ng MDDA ang mga lungsod ng Panabo, Tagum, at Island Garden City of Samal sa Davao del Norte; ang Digos sa Davao del Sur; at Mati sa Davao Oriental.

Rep. Paolo Duterte of Davao City has called on the new leadership in the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) to incorporate digital innovations in its objective to provide medical insurance and ensuring affordable and accessible healthcare services for all Filipinos.
Duterte made the appeal as he filed House Bill (HB) 4808 which aims to establish this digital-based system that is designed to complement and improve the delivery of physical healthcare services. Reps. Eric Yap of Benguet, and Edvic Yap and Jeffrey Soriano of ACT-CIS partylist group co-authored Duterte’s bill.

Duterte said newly appointed acting PhilHealth president and CEO Emmanuel Ledesma can start by allowing the use of online payments of premiums to make it more convenient to members, especially to those voluntarily paying.

Ex-President Duterte, son Paolo visit loved ones’ graves
Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte and his father former President Rodrigo Duterte paid their respects to the latter’s departed parents during a visit to their grave last week.
The father and son lit candles and offered prayers to Vicente and Soledad Duterte at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Davao City.
It was learned that Vicente was celebrating his 111th birth anniversary.
Vicente, born on November 23, 1911, was a former mayor of Danao, Cebu. He also became a governor of the then-unified province of Davao.
