Layon ng panukala na inakda nina Davao City Rep Paolo Duterte, Benguet Rep Eric Yap, ACT-CIS Partylist Reps Edvic Yap at Jeffrey Soriano na magkaroon ang bansa ng specialized high schools na mas magpapalago sa “artistic skills” at talento ng mga batang Pinoy.

Umaasa si Duterte na agad nang maipapasa ang panukala alinsabay na rin sa pag-obserba ngayong buwan sa National Arts Month.
