Sa ilalim ng House Bill 8068, na akda nina Duterte, Benguet Rep. Eric Yap, at ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Edvic Yap ang lahat ng establisyemento na mayroong mahigit 20 empleyado at ang laki ay hindi bababa sa 50 metro ay dapat magkabit ng CCTV.
