DAVAO CITY – In coordination with the First Congressional District Office and Catalunan Grande Punong Barangay January Duterte, the Congressional Spouses Foundation Incorporated (CSFI) grants financial aid to an identified recipient for start-up capital for a livelihood project. 

Dominec Mendoza, a recipient of CSFI "Inday's Sari-sari Store" project, received a total of P60,000.00 financial capital through PB January Duterte of the First Congressional District.

CSFI is a cause-oriented organization composed of the spouses of the members of the House of Representatives. It is committed to supporting and complementing the House's legislative and public service mandate and its members through socio-civic and other developmental initiatives.
