Allows The City Government Of Davao To Establish A Radio Station Which Shall Ensure Swift Dissemination To Far-flung Communities Of Relevant Information On Emerging Markets And Opportunities, Agricultural Know-hows On New Crops And Varieties, Land Use, Among Others. The Radio Station Shall Also Provide An Avenue For These Far-flung Underserved Communities To Air Their Concerns Which Affect Their Daily Lives.
