An Act That Provides For The Establishment Of A Medical Scholarship And Return Service Program (MSRS) For Deserving Students In State Universities And Colleges And In Private HEIs Where There Are No SUCs Offering Medical Courses. The Program Shall Subsidize Tuition And School Fees, Book, Clothing, Living, Transportation And Personal Allowances, As Well As Insurance And Other Fees.
